We offer a full maintenance service for production systems comprising clean rooms, weighing chambers, laminar flows and critical environments.
In these systems, production takes place within stipulated environmental and air quality parameters. These values must be kept constant to ensure the production environment meets the mandatory conditions. To maintain these parameters once the facility is in operation, appropriate maintenance processes must be scheduled for all HVAC units (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), filtration systems and control systems.
HVAC system maintenance consists of checking the state of repair of supply pipes and verifying correct motor operation and consumption, checking and changing drive belts and testing the steel conduits to make sure they are airtight and that the air ventilation system works correctly.
Full filtration system maintenance requires study of the quality of the air that reaches the pre-filtering stage, since this allows more accurate scheduling of pre-filtering filter replacement. In turn, this allows for better control of clogging in second-stage filters and helps extend their service life. If the facility includes a third filtration stage, filter clogging and airtightness are also monitored.
Control system maintenance guarantees correct operation of all control and measurement equipment and ensures error-free data capture.
